Charese Mongiello is a director, producer, and actress with a background in theater and film. She discovered her passion for acting at a young age and won her first award at just 4 years old. As one of the world’s most active script supervisors and teachers for film work she has a dynamic personality that brings energy and inspiration as well as wisdom and insights to every event she has spoken at.
Throughout her career, Charese has directed successful plays, films, and television shows as well as speaking and philanthropic endvores .
She founded The Rose Theater in Colton, CA, at age 22 after college, where she directed and produced classical plays and improv troupes, with some of the actors going on to Broadway and Hollywood to have successful careers.
Her passion is to empower artists from film makers to actors to crew to create massive success and to achieve their dreams. Charese's love for coaching and mentoring artists has transformed “beginners into professionals and working artists and film productions to award winning and legendary. She has spent over two decades working with artists to believe in themselves and achieve their desires. "Everybody is a celebrity in their own right, sometimes they just need help pulling out what they already know about themselves and the world."
Charese was mentored by Jim Kelly Durgin and has gone on to work on over 100 film productions. She now runs her own
